There is another huge Lotto jackpot and a £500,000 top prize in Thunderball tonight

All eyes will be on the National Lottery Lotto draw tonight (Wednesday, August 29) with a fortune there for the taking.

The National Lottery has been making millionaires across the country for decades and if you’ve missed out so far, tonight could be your night.

Brining that cash prize home though is no going to be easy as you’ll have to get all six main numbers and the bonus ball to stake your claim. But it’s a quadruple rollover with a £8.6m jackpot up for grabs.

There is also a chance to win £1m by getting five main numbers and the bonus ball – but that’s not easy either.

Cash prizes are also available for matching three or more balls in the draw.

Wednesday’s winning Lotto numbers

Winning Lotto numbers: 5, 25, 43, 45, 47, 55. Bonus ball: 58

Winning Thunderball numbers: 5, 9, 29, 37, 38. Thunderball: 8

To stake your claim on the top prize, you’ll need to get all six main numbers.

If you get five main numbers and the bonus ball, you’ll have an extra £1m to play with – just like a player did in Saturday’s draw.

In Thunderball, you need to match all five numbers and the bonus ball to win £500,000.

And if you get all five regular Thunderball numbers, you’ll have an extra five grand in your pocket.

It costs £2 per ticket to play for the Lotto. You can buy a ticket throughout the week, but on draw days – Saturday and Wednesday – until 7.30pm.
