National Lottery operator ITHUBA Holdings has confirmed that its licence period ends on Sunday, May 31 2026, with the National Lottery set to move into a new operational phase from 1 June.
The company says it has completed transition preparations in coordination with the regulator and relevant stakeholders to ensure continuity of lottery services during the handover period.
According to ITHUBA, sales platforms will remain active until 8.30 pm on Sunday, after which ticket sales under its licence will cease.

- Unclaimed jackpots accumulated before the transition will be transferred to the National Lotteries Commission
- Players are advised to retain tickets and proof of purchase for any claims
