Bank balances across Wales are looking a little healthier in these areas
April brought a run of good fortune for People’s Postcode Players across Wales with dozens of streets picking up cash prizes throughout the month. In total more than 20 postcodes received a £1,000 boost while one particularly lucky street struck gold with a life-changing £125,000 win.
The latest results, covering draws from April 8 through to May 1, highlight a wide spread of winners in towns and villages across the country – from Swansea and Cardiff to Ceredigion and Anglesey – with players seeing their bank balances topped up simply for taking part.

The People’s Postcode Lottery not only hands out cash prizes but also supports charities with 33% of every £12 monthly subscription going to good causes. Players sign up with their postcode and are automatically entered into daily draws meaning there are chances to win, and give back, every day of the month.
