Designed by Archimaera Architecture and developed by Igor Vaysman under Mike Rose Realty LLC, the structure yields 32 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 20 units for residents at 40 to 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $42,343 to $227,500.
Amenities include pet-friendly policies, a dog washing station, common area Wi-Fi, gym, community room, media room, recreation room, storage, business center, package lockers, bike storage lockers, a garage with assigned parking spaces, and a rooftop terrace. Residences are equipped with washers and dryers, air conditioning, intercoms, and energy-efficient appliances. Tenants are responsible for electricity, including stove and heat.
At 40 percent of the AMI, there are eight one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,019 for incomes ranging from $42,343 to $58,320.
At 60 percent of the AMI, there are six one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,601 for incomes ranging from $62,298 to $87,480, and two two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,901 for incomes ranging from $74,812 to $105,000.
At 90 percent of the AMI, there are three two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,949 for incomes ranging from $110,743 to $157,500.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there is one two-bedroom with a monthly rent of $4,484 for incomes ranging from $163,372 to $227,500.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than May 12, 2026.
