Kerala Lottery Vishu Bumper BR 109 Taxes & Commissions:

As per the Kerala lottery department, Vishu Bumper lottery ticket has 10 prizes, including a consolation prize. The first prize winner got 12 crore rupees, and the second and third prizes are 1 crore and 10 lakhs, respectively. The 15% of the first to 4th prizes will be deducted, and the amount will be given to the agents (who sell the winning tickets) by the lottery agency. In the case of 8th, 9th and 10th and the consolation prizes, 20% of the prize amount (agent’s commission) will be given from the fund allotted by the government.

How To Claim Kerala Lottery Vishu Bumper BR 109 Result Prizes?

Furthermore, the lucky winners of the lottery are required to surrender the prize-winning ticket within 90 days of the draw with all necessary documents. Prizes up to Rs. 1 Lakh may be claimed from the District Lottery Offices concerned. Prize-winning tickets above Rs.1 Lakh shall be surrendered before the Director of State Lotteries after affixing the signature, name, and address of the prize winner on the reverse of the tickets with the following documents.

1. A claim application along with a Photostat copy of both sides of the ticket, self-attested.

2. Two Passport size photographs of the prize-winner duly attested by a Gazetted Officer/Notary.

3. A receipt for the prize money in the prescribed form affixing a revenue stamp worth Rs.1/- with the full address of the prize winner (download).

4. If the prize winner is a minor, a Guardianship certificate from a competent authority.

5. In case of joint claims, one of the prize-winners should be authorized to receive the prize money and a ‘Joint Declaration in stamp paper worth Rs. 50/- should be executed.

6. Self-attested copies of the PAN Card.
