BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) — New York City Housing Connect has opened a lottery that offers apartments for sale as low as $30,197.
The units are available at the Mitchell-Lama Highlawn Terrace, Inc., at 225 Avenue T in Brooklyn.

Applicants must be New York State residents, and only one request may be submitted per applicant.
