Former art college block of flats scoops cash prize in Postcode Lotto draw

Subscribers to the People’s Postcode Lottery who live at Verdin House, on London Road, are £1,000 richer following the draw on May 17.

The flats have the postcode CW9 8ND exclusively to themselves which means only residents at the former art college scoop the prize.

The Postcode Lottery is a subscription lottery which aims to raise money for charities while also bringing cash prizes to homes across the UK.
