A Powerball ticket sold at a Circle K in Hopkinsville was a $50,000 winner in the Aug. 24 drawing, according to a news release from the Kentucky Lottery.
The ticket, sold at the location at 932 N. Main St., matched four white balls and the Powerball. Nobody won the Powerball jackpot, and it has since grown to an estimated $96 million for the next drawing.

Two $50,000 Powerball tickets sold in Kentucky remain unclaimed. The first was sold at Casey’s General Store, 315 S. Main St. in Franklin, on March 14. The second was sold at Circle K, 2175 Russellville Road in Hopkinsville, on March 21.
Winners have 180 days to claim their prize.
