Mhada lottery for 2,640 Mumbai flats to be held on August 6

MUMBAI: Mhada has announced that its computerised lottery for 2,640 tenements in Mumbai will take place Thursday Aug 6. The draw will be held at 12 noon at Rangsharda Auditorium, Bandra.The flats are located across Vikhroli, Patra Chawl Goregaon, Magathane, Gorai, Chembur, Gandhinagar Bandra, Pant Nagar Ghatkopar, Girgaum, Wadala, Kopri Powai, Mazgaon, Tunga Powai, Dadar, Pahadi Goregaon and Antop Hill.The 2026 lottery includes 319 flats that remain unsold from previous draws.Mhada had reduced the price of 1,221 under-construction flats in Kannamwar Nagar, Vikhroli, by 7.5%, and then reserved 610 of these flats exclusively for the High Income Group (HIG).
