Single winner wins $800 million Mega Million jackpot. That’s enough money to pay LeBron James’ salary for 90 years

(Gray News) – A lucky person from Florida won the Mega Millions jackpot worth an estimated $800 million on Tuesday.

The cash value of the jackpot is $344.2 million. That is enough to cover LeBron James’ $3,876,529 salary for the 2026-27 season with the Philadelphia 76ers for roughly 90 years.

The winning numbers were 34, 48, 49, 59 and 70, plus the Mega Ball 12.

Tuesday’s win was only the third jackpot win of 2026 and the 10th-largest jackpot in Mega Millions history.

There were a total of 645,933 winning tickets at all prize levels in Tuesday’s drawing, with prizes ranging from the $800 million jackpot to $10.

The next Mega Millions drawing is Friday for a $50 million jackpot.
