Who Steals a Bulldozer? New York State Police Need Your Help
Not The Easiest Getaway Vehicle
When you think of stolen vehicles, a bulldozer probably isn’t the first thing that comes to mind. Then again…with a top speed of around 8 mph, it also might not be the easiest getaway vehicle in the world.
Still, that’s exactly what New York State Police are investigating after a John Deere 350B bulldozer disappeared from a property on Duane Street in St. Regis Falls, which is about 3 hours north of Albany.
According to investigators, the bulldozer was last seen on March 29, 2026, but wasn’t discovered missing until June 12th. The New York State Police believe it was stolen sometime during that span.

Identifying the Dozer
The machine can be identified by a “New Milford Tractor Co. Inc.” sticker displayed on the side.
Now, State Police are asking anyone who lives or owns a business in the area to check surveillance cameras for suspicious activity involving the bulldozer. Because of its size and slow speed, investigators are hopeful someone may have seen it being transported—or even driven—through the area.

If You Have an Info
Anyone with information about the missing bulldozer is asked to contact the New York State Police in Malone at (518) 483-5000.
It’s certainly one of the more unusual thefts you’ll hear about this year. While a bulldozer isn’t exactly built for high-speed escapes, it’s still valuable equipment, and police are hoping someone can help track it down.
