Former OFW wins P97.9-M PCSO Mega Lotto 6/45 jackpot

The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) on Monday revealed that a former Overseas Filipino Worker was the sole winner of the nearly P98 million Mega Lotto 6/45 jackpot prize after he successfully matched the winning number combination of 43-02-13-05-36-01.
According to the lucky winner, he had just finished his contract as an OFW and subsequently started a small business.
He said he had been playing the lottery for seven years, a habit that began because of a relative who had previously won a PCSO jackpot.
The latest winner said he placed bets on four combinations worth P100 using the “Lucky Pick” method, where the numbers are selected by a machine.
The former OFW shared that he plans to use his winnings to expand his business, buy a house, and set aside funds for his future. —RF, GMA News
