Mega Millions jackpot is still up for grabs as it climbs to $604M for Friday drawing

A multi-state drawing game’s jackpot has swelled to more than $600 million after there were no grand prize winners from Tuesday night’s drawing.
The Mega Millions jackpot increased to $604 million, with an estimated cash value of $266.3 million, ahead of Friday’s drawing, according to the Massachusetts State Lottery website.
The winning numbers for the drawing held Tuesday night were 2, 31, 35, 36, 63 and Mega Ball: 12.

Three Massachusetts lottery players won prizes from $800 to $1,000, with tickets bought in Brookline, Everett and Lunenburg, according to the lottery website.
The next multi-state Mega Millions drawing will be held at 11 p.m. on Friday, July 10. Players can buy tickets at Massachusetts State Lottery retailers until 10:45 p.m. on Friday.
Tickets to play cost $5 each and players must choose five numbers between 1-70, and one Mega Ball number between 1-24. Mega Millions drawings are held at 11 p.m. every Tuesday and Friday.
