Irish EuroMillions players urged to check tickets after five-figure win

One lucky player bagged a €15,690 prize
Limerick EuroMillions players are being urged to check their tickets after one punter kicked off July with a bang after bagging a five-figure win in Tuesday’s draw.
The lucky player snapped up the €15,690 prize on the Tuesday, June 30, main EuroMillions draw. The winning Quick Pick ticket was purchased on the day of the draw, from Centra Monaleen, Castletroy in Co Limerick. The numbers in Tuesday night’s EuroMillions draw were: 1, 8, 37, 44, 48 and the Lucky Stars were 2 and 6.
National Lottery spokesperson Emma Monaghan said, “It is shaping up to be an exciting week with a Limerick EuroMillions player now €15,690 richer after matching five numbers in Tuesday night’s draw.
“We are encouraging all of our players who purchased tickets at Centra Monaleen in Castletroy to check their tickets carefully today. If you are the winning ticketholder, sign the back of your ticket and contact our Prize Claims team so arrangements can be made for you to collect your prize!”
The Limerick ticket-holder is advised to sign the back of their ticket and contact the National Lottery Prize Claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie. Arrangements will then be made for them to collect their prize at Lottery Headquarters.
