Unclaimed National Lottery ticket worth £58K bought in Dorset

The ticket was purchased for the EuroMillions draw on June 16 and successfully matched all five main numbers and no Lucky Star numbers. The winning numbers on that date were 18, 25, 31, 37, 45, with Lucky Star numbers 4 and 9.

The lucky ticket-holder has until midnight on Sunday December 13 to claim their prize.

National Lottery players who bought a EuroMillions ticket in the area for that draw are encouraged to take another look. This winning, but as yet unclaimed, ticket could easily be sitting unnoticed in a wallet, drawer, handbag or somewhere safe waiting to be checked.

Andy Carter, Senior Winners’ Advisor at Allwyn, operator of The National Lottery said, “It’s been a couple of weeks since the EuroMillions draw on June 16, and one ticket-holder is still missing out on a £58,000 prize. We’re urging everyone who played that draw to check their tickets carefully. Could there be a forgotten ticket tucked away in a wallet, drawer or bag? Just one ticket check could make a huge difference, turning an ordinary day into a very exciting one indeed. Spread the word among friends, family and colleagues – we’re determined to reunite this lucky winner with their prize.”

If no-one comes forward with the winning ticket before the prize claim deadline, then the prize money, plus all the interest it has generated, will go to help National Lottery-funded projects across the UK.

With all National Lottery draws, players have 180 days from the day of the draw to claim their prize if they have the winning ticket. Anyone who has any queries or who believes they have the winning ticket for any of the National Lottery draws within the 180-day deadline should call the National Lottery Line on 0333 234 5050 or email help@national-lottery.co.uk

Anyone not in possession of their ticket, for whatever reason, but who believes they have a genuine claim can still make a claim in writing to Allwyn, but it must be within 30 days of the draw.2

Each week, players help generate around £33M for National Lottery-funded projects. With over £53BN raised for Good Causes since launch, this funds hundreds of projects in every postcode area across the UK. From supporting the arts and sport sectors, to empowering local community groups and preserving iconic British landmarks, players’ participation makes a difference every single day.
