There was no jackpot winner in California, but there were 44,068 winning tickets, according to the California Lottery. Only two jackpots have been hit so far in 2026, with the last win on St. Patrick’s Day, when an Ohio ticket took $60 million. If a player wins Friday night, they can choose either a lump-sum cash option or annuity payments that increase by 5% each year.
