Winners should verify their ticket numbers against the official results published in the Kerala Government Gazette. If the number matches, the prize can be claimed at the Kerala Lottery Office, Gorky Bhavan, near Bakery Junction, Thiruvananthapuram.

- The original winning ticket, signed by the winner on both sides.
- A passport-size photograph attested by a Gazetted Officer.
- A self-attested copy of the PAN card (for tax purposes).
