York County store sells a $2 million Powerball ticket

A Powerball ticket worth $2 million was sold in York County.
According to a PA Lottery statement, the $2 million ticket was sold a Rutter’s store at 420 N. Main St. in Spring Grove Borough for the Wednesday, April 29, drawing for a jackpot worth $143 million.
The Spring Grove Rutter’s will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling winning Powerball ticket.
Another $2 million ticket was sold at a Bravo Super Market in Philadelphia.
The pair of $2 million winning tickets were Powerball tickets with Power Play. The tickets each matched 5 of the 5 white balls drawn, 3-19-35-51-67, but not the red Powerball of 15. Without the $1 Power Play option, these tickets would have been worth $1 million each. The Power Play multiplier drawn was 2.

There were also 5 Powerball prizes worth $1 million sold across the Commonwealth. Those tickets were sold in Upper Moreland Township in Montgomery County; Harborcreek Township in Erie County; Penn Hills Township in Allegheny County; and in Philadelphia. Retailers in those areas will receive $5,000 each for selling those winning tickets.
Five $1 million-winning Powerball tickets each matched 5 of the 5 white balls drawn, 3-19-35-51-67, to each win $1 million, less applicable withholding.
