MHADA Pune Lottery 2026 Update: How to book 3000 homes, key dates, and eligibility

MHADA Pune Board is riding a wave of massive public trust as it prepares to release another 3,000 residential units in March 2026. During the recent declaration of results for 4,186 homes, Chairman Patil emphasized that the board has provided nearly 25,000 affordable homes over the last 30 months, primarily through the 20% Inclusive Housing Scheme. The upcoming lottery will feature units in prime locations across Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad, and the PMRDA region, with a focus on both residential and non-residential segments, including 750 units nearing completion in Tathawade.

MHADA Pune 2026: Key Dates, Eligibility and Documents Required

While the full advertisement for the 3,000-flat Pune lottery is expected in early March 2026, eligibility remains strictly tied to income slabs.

• Income Groups: EWS (up to ₹6 lakh annual), LIG (₹6–9 lakh), MIG (₹9–12 lakh), and HIG (above ₹12 lakh).
• Mandatory Documents: Applicants must possess a Maharashtra Domicile Certificate (proving 15 years of residency), Aadhaar and PAN cards, and a cancelled cheque for automated refunds if not selected.
• Payment Deadline: For the current first-come, first-served units, successful applicants must pay 10% of the flat cost within 48 hours of selection.

MHADA Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Lottery: PMAY Scheme

Expanding its reach to the Marathwada region, MHADA has launched a dedicated scheme for 521 flats under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) in Nakshatrawadi, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. Exclusively for the Economically Weaker Section (EWS), these 1BHK flats are priced at approximately ₹15.30 lakh for a carpet area of 29.96 Sq. Mt.. The application window for these homes is currently open and will close on March 4, 2026, with the final computerized draw scheduled for March 11, 2026.

To ensure a fair and agent-free experience, the entire application process is conducted through the Integrated Housing Lottery Management System (IHLMS 2.0). Applicants must register and complete their profile on the official portal at https://housing.mhada.gov.in or https://bookmyhome.mhada.gov.in or the dedicated “Book My Home” application. The process involves five major steps: user registration, profile update with income details, digital document verification (now integrated with DigiLocker for ease), selecting the specific scheme code, and finally paying the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) online.
