Jericho LLC formed after big win claims $13.9M LOTTO jackpot
A Jericho limited liability company has claimed a $13.9 million New York LOTTO jackpot from a Christmas Eve drawing, lottery officials announced on Monday.
Swiftkicks Holdings LLC matched all six numbers drawn on Dec. 24 — 04, 11, 23, 38, 41 and 49 — to win the top prize.
The company — incorporated in March 2026, roughly three months after the winning draw — opted for the cash value option, receiving a one-time lump sum of $4.78 million after required withholdings, rather than the full annuitized jackpot amount.
New York allows lottery winners to claim prizes through a business entity. LLCs are commonly formed after a jackpot win specifically to claim prizes anonymously and for liability and tax purposes.
The winning ticket was purchased at Lovely Cards & Gifts, which is located at 416 Oyster Bay Road in Hicksville.
