Satellite News Update: Several Channels Affected by Technical Changes

In a recent satellite news update, several television channels have undergone technical changes, affecting their availability for viewers across different satellite positions.

VOK TV (Voice Of Kurdistan TV), a prominent channel, can now be found on Express-AM6 @ 53° E, broadcasting on 12594 V frequency with DVB-S/QPSK modulation, and a symbol rate of 27500 2/3.

Red Docu, also known as Alem TV, has shifted to TürkmenÄlem/MonacoSat @ 52° E. The channel is now transmitted via 10845 H frequency, utilizing DVB-S2/8PSK modulation, and a symbol rate of 30000 3/4.

HGTV Pan Regional, previously available on Hellas Sat 3 @ 39° E, has ceased its transmission on 12252 V frequency. The channel, operated by Orange România, utilized DVB-S2/8PSK modulation with a symbol rate of 30000 3/4.

Similarly, Medika TV, another channel under Orange România, has left its position on Hellas Sat 3 @ 39° E. The channel, formerly broadcasting on 12328 V frequency, operated with DVB-S2/8PSK modulation and a symbol rate of 30000 3/4.

Marneuli TV has discontinued its transmission on Eutelsat 36B @ 36.1° E, leaving its viewers without access to the channel. Marneuli TV was previously available on 11230 H frequency, employing DVB-S2/8PSK modulation with a symbol rate of 15000 3/5.

Setanta Sports Georgia 1 has made a move to Eutelsat 36B @ 36.1° E, now broadcasting on 11650 V frequency. The channel utilizes DVB-S2/QPSK modulation with a symbol rate of 10000 3/4.

Additionally, several channels have left their positions, including SportyStuff TV on Astra 2G @ 28.2° E (11523 Н), TNT Sports 8, TNT Sports 9, and TNT Sports 10 on the same satellite (11597 V).

VTM Non-stop 90’s has commenced its transmission on Astra 3B @ 23.5° E, broadcasting on 12129 V frequency with DVB-S2/8PSK modulation and a symbol rate of 29900 2/3. However, VTM non-stop dokters has ceased its transmission on the same satellite and frequency.

Moreover, Auto Motor und Sport has left its position on Astra 3C @ 23.5° E, previously available on 12363 V frequency.

Other channels such as SRGT, AXN, TVR Moldova, Al Jazeera Channel, Cartoonito Polska, Warner TV Polska, and Cartoon Network Polska have also undergone changes in their transmission details, affecting their availability for viewers.

These technical changes may require viewers to reposition their satellite dishes or rescan their satellite receivers to continue accessing their favorite channels. Stay tuned for further updates as the situation develops.
